1. Who We Are
Love's Not Zero Sum is a community-centered brand offering apparel, jewelry, accessories, Kindness Kits, and community experiences. Our store is for personal, non-commercial use unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Who Can Shop
You must be of legal age where you live or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.
3. Using Our Site
Please use our site respectfully and lawfully. That means you agree not to:
- Interfere with other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious code
- Do anything that damages, disrupts, or overloads the site
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
4. Products
We do our best to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary from screen to screen.
Many of our products are individually finished by hand, including our hand-numbered shirts and hand-assembled jewelry, so slight variations in appearance are part of what makes each piece unique.
Availability isn't guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product information, and correct errors, including pricing mistakes.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, though never after we've accepted your order.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due using a payment method you're authorized to use.
Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. While we don't control those systems, we'll always do our best to help if a payment issue arises.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
We may decline or cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, your order is considered an offer to purchase.
7a. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If something goes wrong in transit, we'll gladly help however we reasonably can.
7b. Kindness Kits
Kindness Kits work a little differently from our other products.
Addresses are printed directly from the information you provide, so please double-check every address before submitting your order. We aren't able to correct address errors after an order is placed, and we can't be responsible for deliveries that fail because an address was incomplete or incorrect.
Kindness Kits are also the only product we ship without tracking. Once USPS has your kit, we don't have visibility into its journey. While we'll always do our best to help if something seems to have gone wrong, we can't be responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by USPS after shipment.
If something doesn't seem right, please reach out. We'll always do our best to make things right whenever we reasonably can.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds. It forms part of these Terms, so please review it before placing an order.
9. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website, including our artwork, text, photography, product designs, characters (including the Spirits of Humanity and Equality), logos, graphics, and overall site design, is owned by or licensed to Love's Not Zero Sum.
You're welcome to share links to our website and publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without our written permission.
10. Your Content & Community
We love seeing how our community brings Love's Not Zero Sum to life.
If you share reviews, photos, videos, stories, artwork, or other content with us, you're confirming that:
- You have the right to share it.
- It doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
- It reflects the respectful spirit of this community.
By sharing it with us, you grant Love's Not Zero Sum a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share your content in connection with our brand, marketing, and community storytelling. Whenever practical, we'll gladly credit you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love's Not Zero Sum isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
If we're found liable for any claim, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to be responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses we incur because of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

By continuing to use our website after updated Terms have been posted, you agree to those changes. If you don't agree with the updated Terms, simply stop using the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, we'd always prefer to resolve it together first, so please reach out before pursuing legal action whenever possible.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
