At Love’s Not Zero Sum, we want your experience to feel thoughtful, reliable, and trustworthy. This page explains how we handle shipping and delivery for your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States but plan to expand as our community grows.


Options will be shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

If your location isn’t available yet, you can usually still browse and join our community content. We’re working toward making our products accessible to more people around the world over time.


Processing Times

Each order is prepared with care and special editions are hand-numbered. Typical processing times are:

  • Standard orders: 3–7 business days for processing before shipment

  • Peak times, launches, or holidays: Processing may take slightly longer

Processing time does not include transit time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it has shipped


Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We currently only offer standard shipping.

Estimated delivery windows are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date you placed it. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs, at this time, are a flat rate of $5 per item, $1 for single Kindness Kits, and free shipping for purchases over $50.

As we expand our delivery areas, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country or region are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (or SMS if selected at checkout).
You can use this link to follow your package’s journey and get an idea of its expected delivery date.

If your tracking link isn’t updating after a few days, or appears stuck, please allow some extra time; carriers don’t always scan at every step. If it still looks unusual, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help investigate.


Split Shipments

To get your items to you as smoothly as possible, parts of your order may ship separately. This can happen if:

  • One item has a longer processing time than another

If your order is split, you’ll receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and corrected details.

We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but if your package is already in transit, we may not be able to change it. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Additional Kindness Kit address labels will be printed directly from the information you provide; be sure to check for accuracy.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be and we aim to handle them with care and fairness.

  • Delayed packages: Minor delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, weather, or holidays. We recommend allowing a few extra days beyond the estimated arrival date.

  • Marked as “delivered” but not received: First, check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier. If you still can’t locate the package, contact us and we’ll review options together.

  • Damaged items on arrival: Please take clear photos of the packaging and item and contact us within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 7 days of delivery). We’ll work with you to assess whether a replacement, store credit, or other solution is appropriate.

Each situation is unique, and while we can’t guarantee outcomes in every scenario, we are committed to treating you with respect and care.


Pre‑Orders & Special Releases

For limited collections, pre‑orders, or special collaborations, shipping timelines may differ from our usual processing times. Any unique shipping details for these products will be clearly noted on the product page and/or in your order confirmation.

If your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship them separately so you can receive available items sooner.


International Shipping (When Applicable)

When we begin shipping to your country, international orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and other import fees. These charges are typically set by your local authorities and are not controlled by Love’s Not Zero Sum.

Customs processing can also affect delivery timelines. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts or time‑sensitive items internationally.
