We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


What We Accept We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

What We Don't Accept The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items
  • Kindness Kits-these are personalized and ship directly, so all sales are final
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Start a Return Use the Contact Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief note about the issue. We'll respond with next steps.

Please don't send items back without hearing from us first. Unrequested returns may not be accepted.


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it arrived. If approved, you can choose either:

A full refund to your original payment method or store credit for the same amount

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.


Exchanges We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Just let us know what you're looking for when you reach out.


Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.


Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Founder's Edition Prints Each Founder's Edition shirt is hand-numbered and hand-finished individually. Because of their limited and collectible nature, these are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
